The steamed fish with ginger and scallions is very good and tasty. And usually stay away from the starches which are quite filling unless that's what you really want as that just leave you with little room left for dim sum. I suggest mainly to mostly stay away from fried foods with a few exceptions like the fried taro root and the fried meat dumplings, both very tasty. Try out what looks appealing to you or curious about. Their chicken feet is delicious, try it if you haven't, don't be put off by the chicken part. The food quality continues to be very good, and certainly much better quality and cheaper than the Chinese restaurant inside New York, New York which I also. Have been coming here for several years since we learned about this restaurant from friends living close by. We would come back to this restaurant if it was only the Dim Sum that was average because we would give it a second chance but the extra charges of the teapots, the unfriendly waitress and the mysterious “soft drinks” that were added to our bill, it would be difficult to justify going back to this restaurant again. Again, that was the first that I saw anything like this at a Dim Sum restaurant. When we asked, they implied that it was the charges for the tea we had. When the bill came, there were charges of two soft drinks($5.95) that were added to a bill that we did not order. Not saying that we are Dim Sum connoisseur however, to be fair, we have had our share of Dim Sums so perhaps our expectations were higher. We felt that it was a matter of principle. It is like ordering French Fries at McDonald and it wants to charge extra for more Ketchup. Dim Sum is also called, "Yum Cha"(means drink tea) for a reason. to Dim Sum is the tea that comes with it. I have been to Dim Sum restaurants over a million times for the last 40 years and I have never had a restaurant wanted to charge extra for an additional teapot.
